Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Vow Flow Inc. ("VowFlow", "we", "us") for the use of VowFlow at vowflowpro.com. By creating an account or using VowFlow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

VowFlow helps wedding and event businesses manage clients, events, vendors, documents, messages, bookings and payments, and helps people find those businesses through the VowFlow Directory. Features depend on the plan a business chooses and may change over time.

Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A business is responsible for the people it invites (team members, clients and vendors) and for having the right to enter their information into VowFlow.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create a business account.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Business plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Trials, if offered, end on the date shown, after which the plan is charged unless cancelled before then.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
  • If a payment fails or a plan ends, some features may be limited until the plan is active again.
  • VowFlow may offer fee waivers or promotions at its discretion; they end on the date given.

Payments between businesses and their clients

Client payments go directly to the business's own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. The business, not VowFlow, is the seller to its clients and is responsible for its prices, contracts, refunds, taxes and services. VowFlow is not a party to agreements between businesses, their clients and their vendors.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into VowFlow. You give VowFlow permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. Directory profiles you choose to publish are visible to other VowFlow users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or upload harmful code.
  • Do not try to access another business’s data or get around security or plan limits.
  • Do not use the Directory or messaging to harass people or to collect their information for unrelated marketing.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Connected services

If you connect Google, Microsoft, Stripe or other services, their own terms also apply. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep VowFlow available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VowFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid VowFlow in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
